4. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery is available within our specified areas in Ireland. Please check our delivery zone before placing your order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, your order may be cancelled or returned, and you may still be charged.
- Collection orders must be picked up within a reasonable time after the stated ready time.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
We take food safety seriously. However, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and other allergens.
Please inform us before ordering if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled if food preparation has already begun.
- Refunds may be issued in the event of:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Non-delivery due to our fault
- Product quality issues (subject to investigation)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order, with photo evidence if applicable.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes
- Promotional codes are valid for a limited time and may not be used in combination unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
